Hockey

Hockey has traditionally been the strongest sport within the Pukekohe Indian Sports Club.  From the single mens team established back in 1945 hockey has grown to a stage where we now have up to six  mens teams and one ladies team in the local Counties Manukau Hockey Association (CMHA) competition. This year we also proud to have two juniors teams (Kiwi and Reserve C) in the local competition.

The Club also has a number of interclub fixtures throughout the season as well as entering in the annual NZ Indian Sports Association (NZISA) Queens Birthday weekend tournament. 

 The Club's hockey is not only on the field, but in coaching and management of representative teams.  In 2007, PISC became the proud Gold Sponsor, and raised significant funds for the CMHA water turf project.  This is a facility which future generations will enjoy.
